Returns Policy

Requirements for Returns:

Must include a valid original purchase order number from t-mor.com or original physical receipt.

Purchases made outside of t-mor.com must contact respective seller for returns.

Purchase of UNLIMITED REPLACEMENT PROGRAM can only be made online.

Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.

Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.

Return shipping is at buyer’s cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.

Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

Shipping

Orders ship via standard ground shipping usually within 1 business day from the time your order is placed.

Per location shipment arrival days are as follow:

Local(Metro Vancouver) 2-4 business days
Canada wide 5-7 business days
US 7-10 business days
