Screen Protector Unlimited Replacement Policy:

  - Only applies to screen protectors purchased directly from www.T-mor.com

  - Replacement available for damaged or defective screen protectors.

  - Customers must provide proof of purchase and evidence of damage or defect.

  - Unlimited replacements allowed within the warranty period.

  - Replacement process initiated upon verification of eligibility by T-MOR Sheild.

  - Replacement orders shipped within 48 hours; if out of stock, store credit is issued.


General Warranty Coverage:

  - Valid only for products purchased directly from www.T-mor.com

  - Warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

  - Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

  - Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period from the date of purchase.

  - Customers must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect.

  - T-mor reserves the right to determine the validity of warranty claims.

  - Warranty options include repair, replacement, or store credit at T-MOR Sheild's discretion.


Procedure for Warranty Claims:

  - Customers must contact T-MOR Sheild within the warranty period to initiate a claim.

  - Provide proof of purchase and detailed description of the issue.

  - T-MOR Sheild may request additional information or evidence to validate the claim.

  - If the product needs to be returned, follow the instructions provided by T-MOR Sheild.

  - Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer, depending on the circumstances.

  - Upon receipt of the defective product, T-MOR Sheild will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


Limitations and Exclusions:

  - Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.

  - Any unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty.

  - Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party websites are not covered.

  - Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.


Resolution Options:

  - Refunds are not provided under the warranty policy unless required by law.

  - Any changes to the warranty terms will be communicated on the T-MOR Sheild website.


Return Policy:

- Products can only be exchanged if purchased directly from www.T-mor.com within 48 hours of delivery.

- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of purchase and two (2) photos of the product for return initiation.

- The product must be in original packaging and perfect resellable condition with intact protective film. An unboxing video is required for any claims.

- Provide phone model name screenshot in certain conditions.

- Use a mailing service with tracking for return packages; lost packages are not the liability ofT-MOR Sheild.

- Exchange option offered upon verification of returned product meeting conditions.

- Approved store credit processed within 4-7 working days via email.


Replacement Policy:

- T-MOR Sheild replaces wrong products at no additional cost if reported within 24 hours of delivery.

- Replacement orders shipped within 48 hours; if out of stock, store credit is issued.

- Unsatisfactory products can be replaced or credited; no refunds issued.

- Replacement option offered upon verification of returned product meeting resellable condition.

T-MOR Sheild not liable for replacing products not in sellable condition.

- Final rights of replacement remains with T-MOR Sheild management team.


Exceptions to Return Policy:

- Screen Protectors in warranty

- Clearance Sale Products

- Unused products can be returned for store credit only, with restocking fees if the box is opened.

- Replaced products cannot be returned or replaced again.
